Dear Parents/Guardians of Incoming 9th, 10th and 11th Grade Students:

During the summer your son/daughter will be required to participate in the Whittier Tech Summer Reading Program. The required reading and associated assignments are outlined in further detail in the packet. (Follow the link below for the corresponding year)

The selections of books support the Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks while the articles from professional journals, magazines, technical journals or the newspaper support the vocational/technical trade areas.

The purpose for this activity is to better prepare those students who are still facing the MCAS as well as to keep all students engaged in the learning process throughout the summer.
